I'm Thierry, a seasoned Freelance Design Strategist / ResearchOps / DesignOps professional, as well as Lead Researcher & Designer, specialising in Product, User Experience (UX) and Employee Experience (EX), with over two decades of experience across a spectrum of organisations, from small startups to large enterprises. I'm based in Lyon, France.
My core mission is to influence strategic direction and design / product roadmap. I offered my services to support them in taking on a product-oriented approach and define a vision and roadmap for such a product. At the end of the mission, Holcim Innovation Center had all the necessary insights to decide on pursuing or not this product.Main missions:
- Define the product vision (using Roman Pichler's extended Product Vision Board canvas)

- Audit the existing internal app (using Nielsen's Usability Heuristics for UI Design)

I had the pleasure to work with Thierry on several projects in the past 2 years at Solvay. Thierry combines an excellent strategic mindset with an extensive practical experience across multiple domains of UX/UI design. He was a key strategic advisor in shaping our Product Roadmap, setting up the run organization of our ITSM but also tutoring junior UX/UI researchers and designers to gain confidence and autonomy. I highly recommend Thierry if you're looking for a strategic partner, passionate about people and highly collaborative.

I hired Thierry 2.5 years ago for Solvay to help us structuring and developding the Design Studio / MX Platform, growing and professionalizing the team in UX. And it was really a great hiring!
Thierry is a great and very senior professional, a well of UX science but not only as he is curious and always watching on new trends and technology. He worked on various projects for Solvay and his contribution was always valuable and lauded by the bussiness and the diffrent people involved in our projects.
On top of that, he was a real mentor for our more junior researchers and designers that he contributed also to identify, recruit and train.
I really recommend Thierry and will be the first one to call him to work with him one more time if needed. It was a real pleasure.
