After working for a leading NZ bank and missing the hustle and bustle of London, I have recently moved back.     • Introduced agile framework and fortnightly sprints to manage dependencies and timelines for operations initiatives to improve operations performance and SLA's.
    • Held sprint planning sessions, coordinated weekly update meetings organised process walkthroughs, documented problem statements, process steps and submitted and tracked progress on initiatives.
    • Managed BAU and initiative backlog in MS Azure, scope out technical asks with one pager templates and benefits calculations, liaised with ops transformation and dev teams on development progress and implementation.

These were done through look and listens with the team, using current state and desired state.
