I've lived in four countries across three continents, transformed the company cultures of Fortune 500s, and watched all of The Office far too many times.

I find meaning in the intersection of strategy and creativity and I thrive on multi-disciplinary teams.

I grew up between Hong Kong and London, and have work experience in USA, India, and Germany. With a dual degree in Business and Visual Arts, I began my career at BrightHouse: a creative division of Boston Consulting Group.

As a Senior Strategist, I developed and executed on Purpose and Culture Change transformations for Fortune 500 companies. I also supported BrightHouse's global expansion and moved to Berlin to build up our team and operations. Along this journey, I gained skills in Business Development, People & Operations, and Project Management.

After a little gap year, where I pursued my personal passions and pro-bono consulting, I joined Goodpatch. In my role as Growth Manager I ensured that our sales, marketing, and strategic priorities are in harmony. I soon moved into the role of Director of Operations where I took on more responsibility in managing our team of designers and strategists, as well as our clients.
