A highly experienced HR Professional with strong business acumen and over 7 years practice working with the most senior of business leaders to support strategically and deliver a wide range of HR projects. My experience to date includes TUPE, managing complex employee relations cases whilst demonstrating a good understanding and knowledge of HR principles, current awareness of employment legislation and best practice. Worked at senior level in HR for various sectors as HR consultant, non-executive director, senior HR manager and Head of HR.
