A 30 year veteran of the medical device industry. Successfully co-founded, grew, nurtured and (eventually) sold my business (Mi3 Limited) in 2019. An expert in management, growth and business strategy.
I am willing to help businesses find solutions across the breadth of business processes, and develop strategies from start-up, through growth and consolidation to business exit. My specialist field is plastic surgical devices, but my knowledge and experience transfers to any manufacturing business.
