-Designed the Azure Cloud architecture for the new product, while keeping costs as low as possible.
-AppServicePlans, Traffic Managers, Azure SQL Database with failover, WebApps, Functions, Storage Containers & Queues, Microsoft Flow used to report hourly statistics to Slack, Azure Monitor, Virtual Machines (for Data Science / AI / ML)
-Technical presentation to our investors during the pitch. This included timescales and budget and staffing requirements for product development and the ongoing Azure Cloud infrastructure costs for DEV / UAT / PROD
-Built a team consisting of existing staff members combined with new recruitment for the development of the product, managed using Agile
-Working closely with the Marketing department to implement their designs
-Project plan rework to accommodate feedback from focus groups

-Designed a new Azure Architecture to entirely host the product
-Used App Service Plans, WebApps, Azure SQL Database, Virtual Machines, Traffic Manager, various monitors to route alerts through an Azure Function to output to Slack / SMS
-Migrated the backend from node.js to .NET Core
-Migrated the front end Dashboard from ASP Webforms to Angular2
-Created the Enterprise Dashboard for Survey analysis
-Migrated the mobile app from Cordova to Xamarin (C#)
-Worked with current and potential clients to develop new features, culminating in our presence on the Coca-Cola stand at CinemaCon in Las Vegas showcasing our image recognition feature that allows a Survey to be found and start by taking a picture of a real world object (eg, a can of Coke).
-Backend software for Survey / Reward is currently patent pending in the USA
