In the context of producing electric combines at a plant in China, I assumed the role of the lead project manager to launch the ongoing production. My primary responsibilities include: Identifying critical issues in the electrical schematics, requiring a complete overhaul of the electrical component of the project, including specifications, instructions, and key components of the electric vehicle. Developing and preparing new electrical schematics, specifications, and instructions to facilitate the assembly of the electric combine at the plant. Selecting new suppliers and components for the electric vehicle in China, considering the vehicle's specific technical requirements. Recruiting additional specialists for the project, such as a programmer to create specialized software and a specialist to configure control systems, manage, and test the electric combine at the plant. Overseeing and coordinating the team of engineers, and maintaining communication with the engineers at the manufacturing plant to efficiently organize the production of the first electric combine models.

In collaboration with the company, I: Organize and manage the creation of an automation cabinet production department, designing new automation systems for various projects. Perform detailed cost estimations for electrical installation work in residential and non-residential buildings, including generator systems, uninterruptible power supplies, and solar power stations. Advise procurement departments, the tender department, and project teams, providing support to optimize processes and achieve the best results.

I am responsible for restoring the operations of ALSYS following its acquisition by a new owner. The company previously manufactured, serviced, and sold the MMCS system. Key achievements within the project: Conducted a detailed analysis of the current state of the company, identified major issues, and developed a step-by-step strategy to restore documentation, production processes, and commercial activities. Identified the technical advantages of the MMCS system compared to competitors and created a product modernization plan to build a competitive edge. Developed a strategy to restore departmental operations, reestablish partnerships with previous clients, and create a dealer network and technical support system. Created a comprehensive plan and strategy for launching the product in international markets.
