Spencer Terry

I've had a varied and exciting 9 year career to date, spending the last 6 years in strategy consulting, early-stage technology startups, venture capital incubators (Antler VC) and most recently launching my own tech startup that I worked on at the incubator. Over the years I've worked for FTSE 100 & 250 clients, and in in a range of industries including technology, consumer & retail, and energy & resources.

I'm an experienced team leader, from both consulting where I led teams as case team leader on complex strategy projects, to startups where I led operational teams to drive business KPIs. I've delivered projects for senior C-suite clients when working in consulting, and reported directly into C-suite leaders when working at startups.

I have a broad skillset that spans general management, project management, data analysis, financial modelling, go-to-market strategy, operating model, product management and product strategy.

Moreover, I spent 2 years learning full-stack software development and built a number of web apps. As a result, I understand the inner mechanics of how digital products are built.

In a nutshell I'm experienced in the domain of go-to-market strategy, new product development & designing operational process.
