- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly deliverables with clients.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Plan and create monthly deliverables for clients.
- Keep accounts up to date with required deliverables on a daily basis.
- Answering all client requests in a timely manner.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
- Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
