I am Shruti, an experienced HR Business Partner with an alignment towards building HR strategies and a great employee experience for people working across the organisations.
Having worked with multiple startup’s, I have grown my skills across people management, Policy building, HR Analytics, Project Management and building strategies around Performance Management for different business teams.
I am a data driven and research oriented individual who is passionate about growing and working with early age startups to build their HR function from scratch.
