Help deliver change and implement new processes as and when identified. Review and monitor the performance of Interviewers against agreed KPI's. Implement disciplinary procedures with interviewers. identify skills gaps and coordinate required training for Interviewers. Monitoring interviewers on the phone ensuring they are adhering to scripts, and graded call quality.
