Gracias a un fuerte background técnico, ayudo a mis clientes a mejorar sus métodos, prácticas y procedimientos de arquitectura empresarial en las diferentes capas del software, siguiendo los principios óptimos con el fin de incrementar la capacidad de la arquitectura.

He planteado y llevado a cabo con éxito procesos de reingenieria y modernizacion del software, reduciendo los acoplamientos y dependencias entre las diferentes capas del software, implantado principios sólidos de diseño y desarrollo, en diferentes clientes influyentes.

Concretamente y entre otras:

1. Liderar y gestionar diferentes proyectos (Materialización de ideas de negocios digitales, implantación de infraestructura de software modernas, estandarización del modelos de datos, migraciones tecnológicas...).

2. Diseño de procesos y estrategias de arquitectura estandarizados, tales como: modelos de gestión de software (CI/CD), reglas y estándares de diseño e implementación de bases de datos, estrategias multilenguaje...

3. Implementación y adaptación de prácticas de arquitectura empresarial basadas en TOGAF 9.2.

4. Análisis de la capacidad de la arquitectura (AS-IS) de aplicaciones y datos. Diseño de la Arquitectura Objetivo (TO-BE).

5. Establecimiento de una visión tecnológica basada en la plataforma OpenShift, microservicios y event-sourcing.

6. Estrategias de migración de infraestructura de bases de datos.

7. Cambio de paradigma de diseño hacia arquitecturas limpias (Hexagonal, DDD, TDD...)

Por último, en cuanto a "soft skills" puedo trabajar siguiendo diferentes metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Waterfall, Scrum..) gestionando y trabajando junto a los equipos multidisciplinares.
