• Working in an IT Infrastructure worldwide transition & service transformation from Daimler to Infosys. This new service consists of driving towards a model that ensures a robust IT infrastructure across its plants and regions, and supports consolidation of its Workplace, Service desk, Data centers and Network and scaling its IT operations.
• Responsible to steer and coordinate with EMEA Daimler CIO’s during Transition Planning Phase for the Workplace and, which includes: Field Service Support, logistics management, E2E Ticket management, incident & break fix, change management, request fulfillment, software management, license management, antivirus deployment, MAC support, asset management, image management, SCCM, Intune, OEM tools, Bit Locker, Active Directory, MS Office Suite, IT Shop, CISM, Service Now.
