Saumya Baxi

I am studying MSc Human Resource Management at Aston University, Birmingham. I have had experience as an HR Intern and a Technical Recruiter before. My roles there mostly had to do with 360-degree recruitment cycle, i.e. sourcing the candidates in accordance with the job description of the role, processing the right-to-work documents, scheduling the interviews, etc. Academically, I studied facets of HR like Organizational Behavior, Employment Law, etc.
