The aim of this project was to move the existing on-premise SharePoint system to the Cloud, thus enabling better performance, greater data reliability, and global use without VPN. Particular hurdles were the migration of workflows and the hybrid use of other existing on-premise systems.
Tasks in detail:
• Conduct a Fit-gap analysis to determine operations and business requirements and formulate custom based solutions.
• Create a Project roadmap along with migration architecture.
• Execute content and structure migration using Sharegate tool.
• Design Canvas Power apps and integrate Cloud flows with O365 SharePoint.
• Conduct system integration testing.
• Provide maintenance support and resolve outstanding issues post migrations.
