Led and mentored a team of 3 sales recruiters from Dublin to Berlin
●I drove and agreed with the Global Head of Sales Enablement to expand our ideal candidate profile to look at non-SAAS sellers for Mid – Market Account executives given the sheer competition for talent.
●Hired 10 folks within 5 months within the Sales organization including 2 Regional Sales Directors for DACH, turning DACH from Red to Green from the CRO perspectives on the Quota carrying sales folks.
●This resulted in less spend on headhunt elsewhere globally as DACH revenues improved numbers.
●I was described as a Change agent: as I redesigned the interview process to be more efficient and streamlined. Adopted across EMEA as the Regional sales directors for DACH advocated internally only after 4 candidates were interviewed.
●I worked closely with the EMEA VP, his regional sales leaders, Head of Compensation to ensure Contentful were hiring sales folks at the right level & compensation to ensure a successful hires and longer term retention.
●These changes resulted in higher conversion rate of candidates through the interview process, while sufficiently reducing the time to hire from over 100 days to 30 days
