Adoption of Technology brings with it Software, Devices, Process evaluations, and Data which must all be managed in order to create an environment where people, and the Organisation, can succeed. I work with leaders within Organisations to establish requirements, evaluate capabilities, and create a plan that keeps them moving forward.
I have developed a Parallel approach that has proven effective across multiple industries including Architectural and Engineering, Media Production, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
