European Commission Scrum Master multiple EC teams:
● Eurofound project - A complex task to migrate a large site to Drupal 8 & OpenEuropa.
● OpenEuropa Extended Team: External teams for EC Agencies to contribute towards the
OpenEuropa project.
● OpenEuropa Support: 2nd & 3rd line support for sites built using OpenEuropa SAAS.

Key responsibilities
Guided a large development team in Agile practices and methods, encouraging and enabling them to be self managing and responsive.
● Coordinated with Business Owner, Product Owners and other external teams such as Front End, DevOps, Security and Support.
● Led Agile ceremonies for the team, especially focussed on backlog refinement and planning for a diverse set of components and large team.
● Increased team consistency using TDD and CI/CD on AWS in conjunction with DevOps team
● Coordinated and managed communication with Product Owner for large complex legacy site.
● Introduced incremental Agile build for a new website built in Drupal 8 using OpenEuropa
components.
● Taught Support team about OpenEuropa product and managed support using Kanban in
conjunction with DevOps, 1st Line support, Front End and Security teams.
● Coordinated with external Agencies regarding their specific needs and instructed their
developers in EC processes and Agile methods.
● Tracked, managed and measured all Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.
● All teams were remote based, with all other members using English as lingua franca.
