It's not very often to get to work with a colleague as capable and fun to work with as Ricardo. First of all, Ricardo is very dedicated, and will not give up easily. He is great in organising his work, and therefore someone you can count on. Secondly, he has that unique communicative capability that works for him in front of a customer, but he can back up his soft skills with a wealth of technical know-how as well. In his role as CSM he has also shown that he's capable of extending that knowledge into the more 'sales'-like areas and is quite knowledgable in the financial area. And let's not forget some pretty well-developed coding skills. Summarising, Ricardo is someone that can deal with a wide range of business challenges and he'll always make sure to add value when he's involved. I'm sure if Ricardo is involved in a project that has him leverage his experience while having the opportunity to learn even more, that would be a perfect fit.
