My role is to undertake a review of, and retaining oversight and management of TBI's digital estate, with appropriate governance and flexibility to enable a fast-growing organisation operating in multiple geographies and markets, including some with low internet bandwidth is the initial focus of the role before building on content and SEO strategies and building a full digital transformation team.

I provided passionate, committed leadership that was both transparent and accountable to my standards team. I was brought in to create, iterate and embed a brand new Welsh Digital Service Standard. I was an advocate for standards in digital design and delivery. I also represented CDPS across the public sector at all levels and regularly spoke at events.
