• • Owned AI product strategy and delivery for LOTT Clean Water Alliance — defined the roadmap, built an interactive AI-enabled scenario tool in Power BI and Python, and presented outcomes to senior leadership. A complete example of AI transformation from strategy through to embedded operational use.

• • Applied responsible AI and user-centred design principles to a KNN/DTW automation tool — designed to preserve expert engineering judgement rather than replace it, with features defined collaboratively with the domain expert. The kind of AI adoption that sticks because users trust it.

• • Managed agile delivery of a platform modernisation programme — sprint planning, backlog management, cross-functional coordination — while simultaneously driving adoption across a dispersed, non-technical user base.

• • Led pre-sales bid development for technology transformation engagements including an $80k strategic roadmap, developing the commercial framing and proposition for competitive submission.

• • Led a multi-million dollar digital transformation programme over 2.5 years — managing platform procurement, governing delivery across a 4-12 person cross-functional team, and building programme management infrastructure from scratch in a complex regulated public sector environment.

• • Designed and delivered a comprehensive technology adoption programme — training materials, instructional videos, workshops, and ongoing support — achieving sustained platform adoption across a geographically dispersed, non-technical user base.
