    • I managed various projects for Bosonic including their Cross Custodian project which included working with the CEO to develop a strategy. We had over 10 potential clients attend our first workshop, exceeding our target of 5.
    • Managed projects using various tools and reported any risks and issues to the relevant stakeholders. All projects were delivered on time.
    • Developed a new digital onboarding process for new clients. This included gathering user research and incorporating it into the process. This improved onboarding time from 6 months to 4 months.

    • Supported development of the strategy including how teams should be structured and what features should be delivered. This was signed off by the CEO and milestones were met on this plan.
    • Developed new ideas for the company internally including a new onboarding process and a social mobility scheme for Junior Developers.
    • Managed the general program, this included facilitating workshops with various individuals from the organisation, designing ways of working and recruiting new engineers with relevant skills into the team and also leading 1-2-1s with the engineers.

    • I was engaged as the Project Manager on the discovery phase for a Public Sector client. I facilitated workshops to engage users and gather their needs ensuring the research was applicable to the technology being used. This involved working closely with the Development Team to refine the user data and create a prototype.
    • Lead Agile Coach for a ‘Ways of Working’ operating model for a large retail bank. I regularly engaged with various stakeholders which included creating training materials, delivering them independently and measuring results of the pilot phase.
    • I developed a prototype of a service catalogue for a Public Sector client. This included undertaking interviews with users to understand what the digital service platform should look like.
    • Worked as a Project Manager on a Customer Experience focused project for a utilities client which involved identifying the business capabilities required to deliver their omnichannel strategy. Worked independently in undertaking interviews with senior stakeholders to obtain a view of the current and desired future state. Additionally, reviewed past and current customer feedback to understand the customer pain points.
    • Supported the operating model design for a new capability. This involved engaging users and gathering their needs through interviews and workshops.
