Randall in a few words
Randall is an American screenwriter, translator, and author from Colfax, California. He obtained a dual bachelors in Film and Creative Writing from Sacramento State University then went on to intern at 21st Century Fox while earning his postgraduate degree in Writing for Television at UCLA. His second original pilot, Ascendancy, received multiple awards and was featured in the top 5% of highest rated scripts on blcklst.com in 2018. After graduating, Randall relocated to Paris, France and began staff writing for Effervescence Productions. More recently, he collaborated with AlaudaFilms on an upcoming television drama about oceanography. He has written articles for Quizwish, CombatCurriculum, and his short story Coming Down In Carlsbad is published on the FictionPool.com. He currently writes for science education series What's Watt, has a Franco-Hawaiian horror film optioned with Tetra Media, and is developing a series with Gaumont Company(FR). His wide range of television projects include a genre bending western that examines the ties between California's brith and Native American genocide, the true story of Sylvia Beach as the founder and owner of Shakespeare and Company Library, and a dark comedy about a failed writer turned Youtube sensation.
