Agoro - Designing a new B2B2C tool, helping agronomists calculate carbon potential in farm fields and discuss the benefits of farming changes both financially and environmentally. Arcadia Group - Creating a fully responsive platform to serve the group's 7 brands. (Topshop, Burton, Miss selfridges and more) Cera Care - A digital system consisting of an internal software and two apps within the home care industry. Mastercard - Creating a B2B platform ProFinda - Designing a new platform, based on a design system, to serve the big four in their HR management needs.

• Leading the team through the entire product design process; from initial strategy and research, to ideation and presentations, to prototyping and final designs.
• Working closely with the CEO and product team members to shape product strategy and vision, delivering industry-leading solutions.

• Hiring and managing designers and design agencies for specific projects, crafting projects plans, specifications and deadlines.

• Designing a new B2B hiring dashboard from the grounds up, including: onboarding, product roadmap, a design system and rebrand.
• Optimizing the usability of the existing P2P Interview platform, including: Smoother onboarding, better user flow, additional features and UI design
