As a full-stack developer for the past 15 years, I bring proven success by overcoming several huge challenges during my career which makes me capable of solving any problem with agility and quality. When it comes to JavaScript, I am confident of my skills and can consider myself a Master/Specialist in it, since I never stopped to study the language until I started my career until now.

Not only as a developer, but I've also experienced, twice, the role of a Tech Lead, and during my experience as it, I become successful within my team and I was commended for the good work by all of my team members. I was responsible for several tasks even not development tasks, and took the responsibility for everything on me and did make sure that every deadline and roadmap was fulfilled successfully.

My role is a full stack developer in a small team focused on delivering quality to a huge client called LiveSport who is a global big player in the sports area well known worldwide. All of the stack that we use to work on the projects is using JavaScript language, with the help of React, NextJS and also NestJS. All of the projects are well covered by end to end tests and unit tests as well. We maintain good practices of code and we do apply SOLID concept to project architectures, and we do follow conventions written by ourselves as a team.

Flexiana haves a flat architecture (in terms of hierarchy) without almost no hierarchy, therefore, very alternative. Solid, but nothing rigid, it's very flexible. People here have unlimited freedom to focus on the quality of their projects and also on themselves as professionals in terms of knowledge and self-learning. But this only works because we are all well-trusted and highly skilled and experienced developers with a good sense of ownership and responsibility.

The company is meant not only for customers that have the needs of having maximum quality possible on their projects, but also, to contribute to the world with open source projects actively. The work scope is almost inexistent and the teams are self-managed according to the preference of their members as well.

Act as a full stack developer in a product squad called BossaBox Customers, which is an intern product of the BossaBox itself. The project is in the initial phase of architecture and development. It is being done using the latest and best technologies available on the web scenario, and it is starting with 100% test coverage and will be staying at that level. It also contains CI / CD integrations containing all the necessary pipelines that validate 100% of the code and deploy it. We also do use a complete Design System on it.

BossaBox Prolancer

Act as Tech Lead for a product squad called "Scoop & Co / Vento", though BossaBox platform, who consists of various projects:

- App called "Vento" (MVP Available on the stores) done in React Native.

- Backoffice called "Pali" done in React + TypeScript.

- API of Vento App and Backoffice, done in Ruby on Rails (code test coverage 50%)

Size of team: small (3~5 devs)

The React Native App, that is deployed on both stores iOS Apple Store and Android Play Store and a project that is a backoffice admin using React + Typescript as front-end and Ruby on Rails as back-end. The back end serves as API to both projects. I manage three developers on the team and I do POC’s history refinement, pair programming to help developers and sometimes I also code to help the team to deliver the Sprint. Also I deal with the infrastructure (devops) that is to configure CI/CD pipelines and deploy code to production.
