Olti Cela

I have a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature (obtained in Albania) and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna; having completed both of them with relatively high grades.

In addition, over the last 6 (six) years, I have been working with various organizations both national and international (public and private sector). Such experiences have deeply strengthened my administrative skills and improved greatly my managerial competencies, as I had the opportunity to work on various activities/projects in the field of governance, human resources and interpreting/translation.

Just to say a few things about my personality, I cherish integrity and punctuality be it at work or elsewhere. I have strong analytical and interpersonal skills and I maintain a can-do attitude when encountering problems trying my best to meet the CEO’s deadlines, be it on my own or working in a team.
