Heading and managing a team of 45 members and reporting to the CEO
Ensuring adherence to the office procedures and efficient work flow at all level
Planning and preparing annual budget for efficiently running the office administration
Entrusted with the responsibility of handling a wide range of highly profiled and confidential information requiring a dedicated level of confidentiality at all times and screening all requests for information
Planning and organizing special events on required basis
Assigned responsibility of purchasing all inventory, supplies and capital goods for the Company including negotiating price, delivery and credit terms
Accountable for efficient Manpower planning and managing Human resources and Personal systems, procedures and performance appraisals
Managing the daily administrative functions concerning Staff/Workforce, transport, general function at Office and priority issues. Liaison and coordination with statutory bodies such as Municipality/DEWA/RTA etc.
Managing and administering the employee benefit program including resolving Insurance issues and functioning as an effective conduit between the employees and the insurance carrier
Assisting the analysis and introduction of additional employee benefits
Key person to follow up on all required renewal process for expired contracts, documents for administration as well as employees. Assigned responsibility of arranging internal audits for ISO 9000
Responsible for updating employee files and ensuring all necessary legal documents for employee hiring are processed in time.
Preparing all necessary documents for employee visa processing and liaises with PRO on submission of documents. Ensuring availability of adequate accommodation for the staff & labor
Responsible for managing travel arrangements including lodging and boarding of staff and clients.
