Twenty years of doing this across AWS, Deloitte, PwC, Slalom, and two companies of my own taught me one thing: most leaders already know what to do. They need someone who will tell them the truth, stress-test thinking, and help them act with clarity under pressure. That is what I do.

I founded ctfi — Critical Thinking for Impact — as a strategic advisory built on three principles: sharper industry insight, stronger strategic thinking, and deeper investment in the person leading the business. Every engagement sits at that intersection. The best ones hit all three simultaneously.

My track record includes guiding 25+ startups through product acceleration, advising sovereign funds on $100M+ investment decisions, and launching 73+ products across healthcare, fintech, cloud, and consumer technology. At AWS, I led product strategy for a global portfolio. Before that, I worked across government, defence, and intelligence contexts where bad decisions have real consequences. That experience shapes how I advise.
