I am an advocate of using experimentation as part of product development, not just as an optimisation method. I have vast experience in setting up and running an experimentation (AB testing, personalisation) program, having helped BOXT reach +£3.7 million revenue uplift purely from experimentation, between 2022 and 2024.

    I built up a Growth Experimentation team from the ground up. Starting with free tools and just me, I built a specialist team of 4 (Experimentation Specialist, Front-end Engineer and Data Analyst) to ensure our product development process takes a data-driven, test-and-learn approach.
    • Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and monthly reporting to CEO, CFO, and VPs
    • Responsible for achieving business OKRs and monthly reporting of them
    • Leading a Growth Experimentation team of 4
    • Responsible for £150k+ budget for tooling & 3rd party suppliers
    • Managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers
    • Managing a roadmap of experimentation/CRO & personalisation (requirements gathering, prioritisation, design, and analysis)
    • 176 experiments run since Jan 2022:
    • Average of 6 tests live per month (36% average conclusive win rate)
    • Average of +13% conversion rate uplift across all experiments
    • £3.7 million overall revenue uplift from experiments (winners & losers)

    • Knowledge sharing and hands-on help to embed an experimentation capability into each scrum team
