Hi there! I'm María Paula González Páez, I'm currently a freelance consultant for strategy and business design, based in Paris, France.

As an Industrial Engineer and a Designer at the same time, I am passionate about combining logic and creativity in everything I do. I enjoy facing challenges that take me out of familiar surroundings and require me to rethink my ways of reasoning and acting. I like to find myself in multidisciplinary work teams and learn from people, their experiences, and expertise. I love ceramics, textiles, history, and coffee.

I've worked in industries like CPG, Fashion and lifestyle, Consumer Services, and Retail. Also, I've been involved in projects of Innovation and Expansion Strategy, Business Model Transformation, Seamless User Experience, Workshop Build and Implementation, Sales Strategy, and Data-Driven UX.

My goal is to build and support projects that generate a before and after in whatever context they impact. I want to be in situations of constant learning in which I can express myself, create, and develop what is not explored yet.
