Monika Pufflerova

For 5 years I have been working full-time in the field of visual communication and graphic design, mainly in the print sector with a focus on corporate and editorial design in Vienna. I gained most of my experience at the graphic design studio Perndl+Co (2016–2021). My main task was to design and support seasonal campaigns for cultural institutions in Austria, Germany and Switzerland (Residenztheater, Oper Graz and TheaterBasel). This included creating catalogs, brochures, posters and designs for digital and social media. In addition, I designed campaigns (and their adaptations) for exhibitions. I was able to live out my penchant for photography by doing product images for Perndl+Co and three fashion collections for the Viennese label Hilda.Henri.

I work with the programs InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects and recently learned the basics of Figma and 3D with Blender at a UX/UI design bootcamp in Vienna. Learning and understanding new applications has always been easy for me. My interests include many areas of visual communication - photography, illustration and calligraphy – which I have learned in various courses as well as on a self-taught basis.
