A significant part of my work lies in the nexus between product and service design, being analytical, pragmatic, and people-oriented. Bringing products to life not only as a business solution but also by taking into account the connections that users generate with the brand through the experience they live.

More specifically, I contribute to:

· Identify customer insights and translate their perspective into tangible experience concepts and solutions.

· Create user experiences for digital touchpoints, such as mobile applications, web portals, conversational interfaces, SaaS, B2B, and B2C platforms.

· Create and compose user experience strategies at the sweet spot of desirability, feasibility, viability, and completeness.

· Improve the end-to-end user experience throughout the customer journey.

· Create experience prototypes of various levels of fidelity with Figma and XD.

· Validate by testing user experience concepts with customers.

· Contribute to design teams and related activities in all phases of the innovation development process, from initial research to final launch.

· Apply design thinking and user-centered methodologies in interdisciplinary project teams, contributing throughout the process with top experts from multiple domains.

· Provide customer-centric narratives and solutions for business decisions.

· Explore and transfer the latest technologies to experience solutions and push to keep the team on the cutting edge.

· Share knowledge and skills to help colleagues and the team grow.
