 Contributed to the expansion of Fundefir’s microcredit model in Colombia, financed by the EU and CAF (Development Bank of Latin America). The foundation is allowing several low-income communities currently excluded from formal banking systems to have access to credit and saving services.

 Led a project in Bogota’s headquarters with the objective of increasing sales of complementary services that will benefit the community and decrease the foundation’s reliability on external financing. Achieved significant reductions in operating costs through improvements in efficiency and decrease in redundant expenses.

 Developed a clear communication strategy and organized marketing initiatives and events to strengthen the foundation’s financial sustainability by increasing the sale of life and heath insurances

 Reported directly to Salomon Raydan, President and Founder of Fundefir, and Maribel Torcat, Vice President of Fundefir.

 Responsible for the market and financial analysis for the Printing Business in the EMEA region.

 Performed monthly variance analysis for products worth a total of $ 100M worth in revenues, analyzing the impact of market scenarios and changes to product and portfolio mix assumptions. Developed forecasting models to estimate future sales based on expectations.

 Completed quarterly market share analysis segmenting by geography and product, providing insights on competitors and market trends to support senior management in strategic decisions.

 Led monthly negotiation process with the US headquarters for Scanners and Accessories, to agree on financial commitments and set goals for EMEA’s subregions, identifying risks involved in business plans.

 Restructured the Forecasting process and reporting to increase efficiency in HP’s business forecasting and effectiveness of analysis.
