Ma Sharif, Senior IT Engineer

I am currently working as a Senior IT Engineer in a permanent position for RM education Plc, it is a leading supplier

of IT technologies and resources to the education sector. During my career experience, I have successfully worked

and covered projects for many companies including John Lewis, Capita and Civica. I have an overall 25 years of IT

experience with 12 years specialized experience in the Education sector with user support up to 1000+ users.

I also hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Computer Systems and Software Engineering that I had

successfully completed from University of Greenwich London in 2013.

I am an all-rounder in the IT field, able to design, install and maintain Server Systems, IT Networks and provide

complete User support to end users (Windows, Linux and Apple OS). Testing, configuring, and troubleshooting

hardware, software, and networking systems are my day-to-day responsibilities.

I have recently moved to Germany to reunite with my family.
