Mary Dirheimer-Massat is an accomplished financial professional with a diverse range of experiences in sustainable finance, investment performance analysis, product strategy, advisory portfolio management and private banking. She has expertise in regulations and labels, development of ESG products and strategies, support for better customer experience, marketing support, and training of investment teams in ESG analysis.
In her most recent role at BlackRock, Mary managed sustainable labels and regulator classifications for the platform, conducted competitive financial and sustainability analysis, supported clients with their sustainable requests, and developed and implemented engagement strategies with companies to drive ESG evolution. Prior to that, she worked at Rothschild & Co, where she produced performance analysis and prepared management reports for high-net-worth individuals' segment for the Family Office division.
Mary is a Master in Finance graduate from Burgundy School of Business with a specialization in sustainable and responsible investments. She also has various financial certifications, including the Investment Management Certificate from CFA UK-IMC, the Certificate in Climate and Investing candidate from CCI-CFA, and the French Financial Markets Regulator certification from AMF. Her skills include proficiency in MSCI ESG Manager and Morningstar, as well as Microsoft Office.
Mary is also active in her community, having served as a speaker and judge for projects participating in a financial impact competition and as a volunteer teacher for students. She has a passion for sports, including skiing, horse riding, kayaking, tennis, boxing, and Krav-Ma.
