I founded my own company - a retail bathroom, floor, and tile business, built from the ground up where I started as the Sales & Marketing Director. Boasting 18 staff in a purpose-built showroom. Our best year brought in £1.8 million. As the MD, I directed day-to-day work and motivated staff to exceed objectives. Key Achievements: Year 1 brought in t/o circa £100K, and year 2 brought in circa £200k until we reached over £1 m in t/o. Year 1 brought in profit circa 33%, year 2 brought in circa 44% and steadily grew. High rate of repeat business due to Customer Service and high-class projects/workmanship which were completed from start to finish. Successfully created a niche market and product line as materials/stock were imported from Italy. Sourcing only top-end materials and Craftsmen.
