I have not only designed CRM strategy to launch and scale eCommerce shops, but also worked with established businesses to drive acquisition and retention.
Whilst my experience is primarily in e-commerce, I have also worked on successful projects to deliver events, create LTV boosting strategies for subscription services and to level-up loyalty programs.
