We grew the team from 18 to 87 in 8 months with a focus on the engineering teams in order to build the product: SRE CloudOps & DevOps, Cloud Solution Engineers, Datacenters Technicians...

As the company was very young, my role was to:

- help the Management team in designing and executing an efficient talent acquisition strategy;

- support the talent acquisition team;

- focus on headhunting senior individuals to fill critical positions;

- provide organisational change expertise to the management team in a rapidly scaling context to reshape the organisation through the growth;

- create and implement a "tech first" company culture and act as an ambassador for people care;

- organise the quarterly karaoke nights (my favourite task :)
