Louise in a few words
I'm an award winning Product Designer with Project Management experience.
I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of different sectors during my career, including fashion, gaming, digital and Interior design. This has enabled me to develop my skills in project management across a multitude of creative industries.

I have previous agency experience as the lead project manager. I was responsible for the day-to-day running of projects and the creative team. I have experience in working on MVP's as well as on long term product projects.
Since March 2020 I have been working remotely as a Project Manager, producing projects, running remote teams and creating digital content for a variety of clients in fin-tech, education, gaming and fashion.

My role has been to work very closely with the Chief Technical Officer and Tech Director to put together a team, and a plan for the project along with daily stand-ups and management of other freelancers in the team as well as external companies to take this from concept to launch. As the only project manager in the company I was responsible for creating the initial project plan to secure funding, and then more in-depth plans once the project kicked-off. I hosted daily stand-ups, along with monthly updates with the wider team. I produced creative briefs, sourced and interviewed potential new team members along with creating and managing Jira tickets and timelines for the team.
