Central point of contact at Songkick.com. Inducting new employees and generally being the friendly face of Songkick. Liaise with suppliers, such as cleaners, facilities and building management and IT ensuring that the office runs smoothly and safely and that any problems are dealt with swiftly Recruitment administration. Adding new applicants to the system, arranging and booking interviews and debriefs in multiple diaries, be the first point of contact for all applicants and liaise with recruitment managers. Working with travel agents booking flights for employees as well as artists Arrange meetings and organise meeting space for CEO and other members of management team. Setting up for Team Meetings, ensuring all AV equipment is working correctly and remote workers can dial in. Take lead responsibility for organising quarterly Team Events, ensuring maximum fun and team bonding as well as good value. Organising and administering employee benefits like travel, dental and medical insurance, childcare vouchers and travelcard loans. Managing petty cash and liaising with accountants regarding bank queries Booking other travel directly; taxi's, hire cars, train tickets for CEO and other employees Arranging online ergonomics assessments for all employees and actioning any recommendations made, including setting up a home office for an employee based in the US. General office duties, answering door/telephone, dealing with post and couriers. Ordering stationery and office equipment, as well as keeping the kitchen and bar stocked, encouraging healthy options and sticking to a budget. Organising weekly Team Lunches. Usually a hot meal for about 25 people which I order in from various local suppliers, but I have cooked a few myself too. Improve Team Happiness. This can be as simple as setting up the Wii so we can play Mariokart with our colleague in the States or as crazy as cooking a whole pig in an office.
