Flexible in a fast-paced environment where transactional deals move the needle vs building account-based selling plans across territories.
Naturally, I believe in working for a company with a clear mission and vision, great product, selling value and putting the customer first sets both the company & the customer up for success long term. Working across various start-up and mid-sized businesses, my goal is to help set up a path for success and help leave a playbook for success across discovery, deal-cycle and presentations for future reps.
I have always been competitive but always prefered working in a team to drive towards a common goal. It takes a village to win in sales, and being collaborative across Marketing, Engineering, and Product is super important.
