I’ve always been skilled at bringing people together and working towards common goals. My experience successfully leading teams and bringing in new processes have been effective in small startups through to the world’s largest companies. My recent work at Amazon, for example, showed the team how we could reduce our marketing spend by 50% and still attract the same number of applications. I’m always interested in new challenges.
