Drove design and architecture to meet ID requirements.•'MODE' silicone watchband: Developed silicone version of the band, including design of mechanism, integration into silicone band, and the reliability and testing setup. Duties include selection of key components, on-sight audits and vendor selection, driving manufacturability and tooling, as well as assembly supervision.•Detailed mechanical design of Pulse HR module integrated into Surge and subsequent HR products.•Worked directly with ID design firm to finalize the product design while conducting architecture feasibility studies of several different next generation product concepts.
