- Successfully Led multiple in house Fit-Out Transformation projects for the Agile Project factory Team. As well as onboarding and deploying IT equipment for new Employees joining the client's business. Reclaiming IT assets from both user homes as well as Banking branches during a Branch closure project.
- Successfully led Projects with People & Business teams for Early careers/ Fraud Teams, Servicing and Support teams.
- Supported with a Trade Floor Hardware upgrade within a Time Frame in Fixed Price whilst managing and monitors old and new assets using ServiceNow.
- Worked on Project governance for all projects completed throughout my time with the business.
- Active in Developing the skills of team members completing Apprenticeships with the business.
- Knowledge of using tools like- JAS, ServiceNow, MS Projects.
- Received multiple Commendations for timely execution of Projects for communication, reporting, planning and efficiency.
