Prior to my relocation to Amsterdam, I served as the Global Head of Digital Operations at Aesop, where I looked after Aesop's E-commerce operations department working alongside cross-functional teams located in the EU, North America, Asia and ANZ. Together, we created large tech ops products supporting Aesop.com's double and triple-digit online sales growth, improving markets’ performance and enhancing Aesop.com’s customer experience at scale. During my tenure at Deloitte, I assisted the world's most valuable luxury brand, two of the world's largest hotel companies and world-leading French manufacturers.
