Innovation is what I love, the challenge of thinking outside the box to develop a solution to a need or problem. As an entrepreneur my skills lie in being able to consider the larger picture, to look for alternative directions that may not traditionally have been considered. In 2012 I designed and developed the smallest, and one of the first, child smart watches in the world TicTocTrack® and in my previous role as CEO of iStaySafe (now Stay Safe Technology) have grown, pivoted and diversified that business over the past 10 years. From capital raising multiple millions of dollars and a successful acquisition in 2019, it has been an enjoyable ride full of learning and development.

I love mentoring both internally and externally and have a collaborative management style where I look to ensure all members of my team have buy in to the strategic direction of the business so we can all work together to achieve a common goal. I believe communication is key and love building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
