Oversaw complex integrations with Payroll and time‑tracking devices, and led a managed services team of six consultants achieving a 95% SLA compliance rate.

Led the technical and functional definition of HR processes, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs. Managed the full SuccessFactors suite implementation for Iberia Airlines, covering EC, Payroll integrations, and core HR data. Delivered data‑driven solutions to improve decision‑making and enhance operational efficiency across HR processes.
