I am also integrating AI into Agile project management, leveraging tools such as Copilot to support planning, roadmap creation, and team performance analysis using Jira data. I have experimented with AI-driven quarterly planning and re-planning simulations, contributing to new practices that will be adopted in future delivery cycles.

Beyond my team responsibilities, I actively collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Program Managers across our Delivery Domain to drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and alignment of delivery practices.

I supported up to three Agile teams, driving the adoption and maturity of Agile practices. I also contributed to scaling the program using the Nexus Framework, enabling coordination across approximately five teams. Although each team worked on different business streams, they shared the same underlying platform and technologies, which regularly created inter-team dependencies and blockers.

By implementing Nexus practices, we were able to identify and manage dependencies early in the delivery process, significantly reducing issues that previously emerged during development.

At DAZN, I supported the organisation's Agile transformation while working with up to nine teams across Frontend (Web), Amazon Fire TV, and Backend Microservices, first in London and later across London and Amsterdam.

My initial focus was on the Sign-In/Sign-Up chapter, where I introduced an iterative delivery model based on an MVP for the German market, scaling features gradually for each new region. This approach was later replicated across other teams to streamline delivery and accelerate market releases.

Beyond core Scrum Master responsibilities, I contributed to delivery governance by providing weekly progress updates, highlighting risks, and improving cross-team collaboration. I also created a Microservices dependency map spanning four countries, enhancing transparency and communication across the programme.
