I am a freelance HR consultant in the Doncaster area, although I do have clients as far as Brighton. I love to support businesses with all their people needs. I pride myself on helping to build teams and keep a positive culture, which also then brings more productivity. I also like to keep things Morden. A lot of HR and Recruitment processes are very old fashioned. However, people have changed over the years. So we need to move with them to ensure a happy and engaged workplace. I love helping both small businesses who need a HR presence, but don’t quite need a permanent HR representative, but also love to work on more strategy based projects with bigger businesses, who may just not have the capacity to do nice to have projects, in their current HR team. I specialise in Engineering, but have working in a number of different industry’s, so can adapt easily.
