Passionate about improving the lives of users through great digital design, I love working on projects that excite and create opportunities for innovative new ideas and products. I have improved existing and created new products for some of the worlds most well known brands leading to positive measurable business outcomes.
I believe that the key to successful project delivery is understanding and communication. I pride myself on being able to lead projects as well as encouraging a culture of collaboration with clients.
Typical projects include; Customer Discovery, Design Strategy, Prototyping, User Interface / Digital Graphic Design, Design Systems and Usability Testing.
Deliverables take a variety of forms from Design Strategy to more concrete Design Deliverables such as Information Architecture, User flows, wireframes, Figma Prototypes, Zeplin Design Systems or finished websites.

Our industry-specific applications for cross-sell, acquisition, and retention personalize web and mobile experiences, drive email and mobile messaging campaigns, enable targeted advertising and create context-driven sales and service. My role involves collaborating closely with the engineering, product and client service teams to ensure all UX requirements are met. Application of core UX methodology to the production of lo-fi prototypes, wireframes and design mock ups for each product area. Lead and document the development of a Causata UX centre of excellence.

Hogarth is an Advertising Implementation Agency. This means that we handle the versioning and adaptation work for international brands across all media. We have probably the largest specialist marketing transcreation department in the world, responsible for ensuring that marketing messages are made relevant to markets across the globe. Hogarth handles everything from process mapping, project management, transcreation management, account management, to CGI, post-production, artwork production, digital production and distribution. Hogarth initially started with 15 employees occupying one floor of our Shaftesbury Avenue office. Now, in 2011, we have over 300 employees over 6 floors in our London head office as well as three further facilities in London. Our spectacular growth is testament to the rapid shift in global advertising implementation requirements. Hogarth has become the fastest growing business and market leader in this category.
